"I ordered an item on Amazon, It came in damaged, so i filed a claim and they cancelled my claim, so i decided to return the order,a week later i contacted Amazon about it, and they said i shouldn't worry about it and i'll get my refund, now two weeks the f%ckers are telling me it's lost in transit, and they dont have the seller's number, f Amazon, they are the worst"
"I ordered a stainless steel pool ladder. the company sent the wrong ladder and when I called amazon about ordering the one I ordered the girl emailed the company and told them the product was damaged but I told that amazon does not have third party phone numbers so I think if they are going to sell other peoples or companies products they need numbers so the customer can atleast contact the seller "
"I made a order, after I realised the seller had no reviews and the item was priced too good to be true I canceled the order.
I contacted their customer support 4 days later to try to get it canceled again but it still was not canceled.
Today(7/29) I was charged for the item that I already tried to cancel twice(9 days later).
I contacted their support again telling them that the seller is most likely a scam and they gave me a fake tracking number.
I was told I have to wait 2 weeks to get it resolved, and I guess I have to just let my bank account get overdrafted from this charge.
I would not recommend this site, there are too many scams and amazon customer support is next to useless."
"I Save a lot of money on everyday Products on amazon for my Business and personal use. The Prices are Great and the Shipping is fast, I love amazon prime , with video streaming and free shipping. My husband loves to shop and it saves us a ton of money. However, You have to be very careful with their review system, A few of my reviews have been kicked out over stupid stuff, so its hard to give a good review with good information for customer use."
"I was on amazon.com buying some books they all said prime and were Prime Eligible items so I thought it was free shipping but i noticed i was charged both for shipping and tax when my state it was tax free in march 24 the last time i ordered from amazon but charged tax on july 20th i live in Maine a state that has a regular but not a online sales tax so not only was i charged shipping i was also charged tax that only applies in stores and other bussiness not online or mail order meaning amazon charged to my credit card over 25 dollars of false taxes and over 50 dollars in shipping charges i was able to call amazon and they fixed the shipping charge but not the taxes and my credit card company did not fix the taxes"
"I shopped through amazon for parkour shoes a week ago.

"It is terrible I hate amazon. It never works and always over charges me "
"amazon seems to only be concern about getting bigger. I have not gotten an order on time for over a year now. The boxes show up looking like someone threw items a the box instead of packing it. The customer service is terrible, they can not tell you when your order will ship and will not let you cancel because we are preparing which take a week. "
"When Amazon.com delivered a damaged product, because for me returns were termed as free by Amazon, I packed the product as well as I could. I accessed their web and proceeded to fill the system's automated return form. At the end of the process, I was never asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I was automatically offered to get a refund. I was then directed to print a return label. In the process to print it, I was never offered a choice to save a PDF of the label. What if I did not have a printer available? I was only offered to send a link of the label printing page to be delivered to the email address of a friend of my choice. As I don't have any of this choices, I had to do a combination of technical operations to be able to do it. After I printed the label, I realized Amazon was using a return service someone invented to make it very slow and very inexpensive that uses a combination of the slowest service provided by the US Postal Service and an equally slow service by FEDEX. As I now have more that four returns, I have been able to calculate an average of the time it takes for every return to reach its destiny. The average is more than one month. In the mean time, were is the money this returned item costs? Yes, you have guessed it: Amazon's account. Making money for none other than Amazon. With the volume of applications for returns that Amazon receives, one can easily conclude that with the interests generated from the retention of this money, Amazon will pay for the carriers fees and will end up making money to spare. The sooner the return, the least money they make and the sooner you can make money for yourself. So, you see, returns are no really free. Its a lie. Once a negative review is written for Amazon, someone comes in a follows it with an Alice in Wonderland type review for Amazon. Keep reading these reviews. You will come to the same conclusion.

"Trust me, I order a bunch on Amazon for convenience. Just priced checked an item I wanted and it was $10.46 for a 14oz jar and you can buy it from your local Walmart or Payless for $3.78. Is Amazons shipping really free!!! I posted this on Amazon and my review was shut down as cannot be posted due to price comparisons. I have spent thousands over the years and they fear a price comparison. No one can post anything unless you buy the product. Let the buyer beware!

"I'm about ready to give up on Amazon and do all my shopping on Ebay..who wants Sunday delivery at midnight...like anyone is going to be awake at that hour to fetch a package...especially on a sunday...are you kidding me...still waiting and it's past my bedtime...not very happy!!!"
"An Amazon agent had me open a second account a few months ago to circumvent Amazon's 4-year limit on Amazon Prime Student. I think he was trying to cheat the system to help me out so he had me open another account with a different email and disabled my old account. This set up a cascade of errors regarding access for returns, Audible and hundreds of dollars worth of Kindle books. On top of that, i was apparently being charged for Prime on both accounts! Several phone calls over the last few months (and hours and hours of my life gone!) they are still trying to resolve the issue by cancelling the newer account the the agent had me set up. So, when this account is canceled, I lose any Kindle purchases made on it. I asked to be credited so that I could repurchase (luckily only made one on the newer "bogus" account) the book on my original account. Just got an email stating that refunds are usually only within 7 days of purchase but that they would make an exception. An exception!!!!! For their mistake!!!! I have not yet been offered any sort of compensation for this massive mistake on their part. Two accounts! Really Amazon???!!!!"
"Called customer service about an item I hadn't gotten yet and a wrong item. The wrong item was a cheaper version of my original item. They told me the only thing I could do was return it on exchange for the right item. Then the other item I had never received was told they would give me a credit but to make sure I did my research and looked at all the 3rd party companies reviews before ordering from one. Not to be ugly but that's amazon job to be checking on their 3rd party companies not mine. I am ordering through Amazon! Worst customer service ever! Will be canceling my Amazon prime. "
"Once again, an item which was to be delivered in 2 days via Amazon prime has been delayed. One item I ordered didn't show for 2 weeks (diabetic test strips, slightly important). Wound up having to cancel the order. All I received was a bunch of useless apologies, no offer of immediate remediation. This time, I ordered via Amazon prime a birthday gift for my daughter, which should've arrived today. No delivery, and her birthday is tomorrow (6 July). Again, just a bunch of useless-**** apologies, and being told it *might* arrive by 9 July. All from someone this time out-sourced from South America. Dump this useless over-bloated retail giant. "
"I've only dealt with amazon a handful of times (maybe 5.) Every time that I have ordered something is has been at least two weeks late. On my last order that was supposed to be delivered by July 1st, it has still not been delivered. Amazon needs to do something about their lost shipments. After talking to a representative, he told me that my package was lost and he could only replace one of the two items. Terrible. Very upset with Amazon, they will no longer receive my business. "
