"I bought an item from an Amazon third party seller who used Fed Ex to deliver the package. Package was hand delivered to me on my driveway. After the Fed Ex truck left, I noticed many deep gouges on my driveway corresponding to tire track. It covered an area of 20 x 20 ft. Fed Ex is ignoring me despite all the info they have.
Amazon is adamant in NOT helping me. Never mind that I have bought it though Amazon. They parrot, "it is a third party seller so we can not talk to Fed Ex or do any thing". I have spoken with four reps, two supervisors (Kelly C was the worst) and the head quarters. Marina from the transportation dept in Seattle, after interrogating for 5 minutes to verify my identity, rudely told me the only person I could air my grievance is Jeff Bezos and gave me his email address!! What an irresponsible company Amazon has turned out to be! What a departure from the friendly company I thought it was. This is a service matching the companies that have since disappeared. It was a rude awakening.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Do NOT buy anything from Amazon's third party seller since Amazon will not help you if there is any issue with delivery. "
"In the past two months, four packages I ordered in Amazon were lost, and I seeked for refund. The Amazon customer service told me that they made a so-called "dedicated" investigation group for that. Three days later, I received a NOTICE: POLICY WARNING, which accused me that too much packages lost from me and if I continued to do that, they would CLOSE my account. This is a DISRESPECT, especially when I am an ASIAN. I suspected Amazon is a RACIST, who think "Oh, he is an asian. It must be his cheating for refund". What's rediculous, after I called 911, two packages were sent to my house, both of which were OPENED.
After I email to Executive Customer Relations, this issue is solved. The item is refunded and I receive a formal apology from Amazon. Before that, I have closed my two Amazon accounts. Obviously, the manager want them to become the most customer-centric company, while the junoir staffs don't. Long way to go.

"Placed an order for indoor security camera. Before doing so, I updated my cc number. The order was placed and was expected to arrive 4 days ago. When I checked in my email, no confirmation was sent and when I went into my amazon account, the order was cancelled. What a terrible service."
"Amazon had a PDP Concept Maple 24” Bass drum advertised for $280, a killer deal! I ordered it and 2 days later they write and say it was undeliverable, damaged in shipment and had to be returned to Amazon. They said I had to reorder it for $480! I know what they did. They put the wrong price on the wrong drum. So they tell me it’s undeliverable and I have to now order it for $200 more dollars! That is absolutely unacceptable!! Amazon is now a trillion dollar company and they won’t hold to what they advertised this drum for. They never had a place to leave feedback for this transaction, but all my other orders had a tab to leave feedback. I wonder why??!!
I have been a Prime member for years and thought Amazon was better than this. Apparently not! I had already ordered a special case for it, which is now useless. Amazon MORE than earned this 1 star rating on this one!! Buyer beware....if Amazon catches itself in a mistake, trust me...they’ll put it back on you, the customer. Like I said, absolutely unacceptable!!"
"Amazon has gotten so big that it's quality control and customer service has become awful. I've been a loyal Prime member for years and I am so disappointed. I have been very unhappy with a few of my most recent orders. One was an order of cosmetic foundation which came in an unsealed bottle that obviously had been opened. Another was facial serum in a manufacturers box which had opened and probably returned after being used. This last one was an order of Glade warmer with 5 refills. I received the order with 4 refill. Customer service wanted to send another full order, take out one refill and return the rest. WHY would I have to print a label and make a run to UPS for their mistake? Why couldn't they just send me the one refill that I paid for? I'll return to shopping for these items at my local stores who I left because of their crappy customer service. "
"I'm an amazon merchant, I have removed my FBA stockings from its warehouse, but it was lost, and I couldn't get my satisfaction from it."
"I ordered the Lap Top Battery on 1-3-20 & received it on 1-7-20.Part#671731-001 & the price was cheaper than my past orders.I inserted the battery & it worked right away.Thank You for a supper product that worked right away & the less hassle of a return."
"Made a Prime purchase, the delivery was left on the sidewalk outside my house instead of at my front door on my porch? No one rang the doorbell and no one appeared on my Ring doorbell. Only when I received a text did I I know that the delivery was made? Than when I found where my package was, anyone could have w as lked by and grabbed it and I never would have known? As Amazon delivery is getting very lazy!!"
"So what does Amazon the self-proclaimed CUSTOMER CENTRIC COMPANY do when you order groceries through Amazon Prime Now? I placed a grocery order at 2 PM. Typically it would be delivered in a 4-6 pm window. They say it will be delivered between 5-7 pm. At 7 pm, no grocery delivery. I called customer service and they said it will be guaranteed delivered by 8 pm or it will be free. It doesn't come at 8 and I called customer service again. They say wait until 9 pm and call back if it is not delivered. Guess what... not delivered. I spend an hour on the phone being transferred from one person to the next. Then delivery manager gets on and says it hasn't been picked up yet for delivery-- mind you 7 hours after the order which included frozen food was placed. The final answer. "We will refund the charges in 3-4 days" REALLY that is the answer - of course you HAVE TO REFUND WHAT YOU DON'T SEND! No apology and no free order as promised at 7 pm - just told reorder it the next day. EPIC FAIL AMAZON - "the earth's most customer centric company " --my ..."
"I opened an amazine account and suddenly they closed it and I never got the items nor an answer after 20 phone calls. They tell their colleagues lied at me. Everyone had a new fake story. Incredible. I was a costumer for years and I am still the same person. Horrific horrific service. Some say they call you. Others say they would never call only email. Some say they can reach out to another special department. Others say that is a lie none could. I spent 6 hours trying to get one normal order and 2h ours trying unsuccessfully to get my account really closed. No. Not a great story.

"BUYER BEWARE! I Was given gift cards for Christmas to purchase a tablet. Instead of taking the cost from the cards, my credit card was charged. When I called, the rep told me they couldn’t reverse the charge BUT they would send me a new one and to return the other. The new one WASN’T processed. Called again-Nothing they can do. I was told to Reorder and return the original. I’ll use my balance on anything BUT a Fire tablet and then never use them again. I will keep Amazon Prime because I have videos I’ve purchased from there but I will NOT use Amazon for anything else. They obviously don’t want or need my business based on the help offered. "
"I’m a broke single mom struggling to make ends meet. Today being Christmas Eve, the one day of the year single moms everywhere are down to their last dollar.. Well I noticed my bank account negative $83. My account was at $0 due to Christmas. I go to check account activity. There were 2 separate charges dated December 23, 2019 for Amazon Prime Video purchases I did not authorize, (One for $4.99 and one for 7.99, along with two overdraft penalty fees of $35/each) on a credit card I did not authorize to use, for this card is NOT set as my default payment. Why would I authorize payment on an account I knew had no money in it? So I can pay an overdraft fee for something that costs fraction of the price? I don’t think so. I called Amazon to report it. I told them I did not authorize the purchases, nor did I authorize the use of this credit card, and that these charges resulted in two $35 overdraft fees. That this happened on their end not mine. They can’t explain why it happened, putting blame on the “buy now 1-click” option and proceeded to tell me how to disable that option in the future. They quickly refunded the purchase amounts, but told me I’m on my own with the overdraft fees and there’s nothing they can do. These charges were NEVER authorized... Yesterday Amazon deceitfully charged me separately for two movies, on the same day causing two separate overdraft fees on an account they were not authorized to charge. One of these movies was purchased weeks ago but only charged yesterday? Why is that? Told them my financial situation, and that these charges have put my account in the negative and I’m a single mom the day before Christmas. That they need to compensate me for this mistake they made. Talked to two different people both told me I’m on my own. Merry Christmas indeed. Amazon is making its way as one of the world’s most valuable companies. Yet they refused to compensate me for the error they made, leaving a poor single mom with a negative bank account at Christmas. Thanks a lot Amazon. Is this what I get for the 5yrs I’ve been a loyal Amazon prime member?

"I was buying for Christmas, I bought many items and Home Security Cameras with Extended Warranties. Amazon.com charged my checking account for the Extended Warranties and Amazon Auto Cancelled the rest of the order. I had to get Amazon to refund the Extended Warranties. I will buy from Wal-Mart.
