"I have to say, the service at AmericanFrame.com is just ok. One of the components of my order was a framed canvas. The R of the frame was larger than the thickness of the canvas frame. I assumed they would make up this difference with a foam board in the back, but instead the item came recessed by 1/2" and looks terrible. Upon contacting customer service, they said I could return the frame at a 20% restocking fee or it appears I will have to fix this piece myself... The frame is fine, no reason to return it... when the framer put this together, it should be obvious no customer would want this look. Really disappointed I was contacted before construction, really disappointed customer service really gave me no other option but to fix myself, after already spending over $120.
