"bought lever handles from them 1 month ago. fast service product well represented. went back yesterday to order 4 more. my order got erased twice from the system and i had to start over. the 3rd time i found a different company that sold the locks for about 10% less so i bought them from the new company. and saved $40.

Once again, the first purchase was flawless and i would certainly buy from them again. just a little frustrating when you hit the buy button and it disappears.
