"My husband gives the bed 5 stars and I give it 3 stars. We have tried several beds (from expensive to inexpensive) that made my husband's back pain worse. This is the only bed that has helped him to have better sleep.

I give it 3 stars because I like a softer mattress that can be adjusted like the Sleep Number. But, I'm happy with this mattress overall. It doesn't hurt my back or give me problems sleeping. It just isn't my very favorite mattress. But, it works overall for us pretty well and so we are keeping the mattress after the free trial.
