The mattress arrived within the time window and unpacking it went very smoothly. The bed is as promised. It is comfortable, cool, and my back loves it. I ended up not using the free pillows that came with the deal because they were too much loft for my liking, but I can’t complain because they were free and are mid-loft. I also had to call because I didn’t get my shipment tracking email and their customer service was excellent. The bed had already shipped and they emailed me the tracking information."
