"Mattress was initially a rock, but after a couple of weeks it is a mixed bag. Some parts are now excessively soft and others remain rock hard, making it quite lumpy and uncomfortable. In addition it sleeps incredibly HOT. I've left the heat off in the bedrooms upstairs so my room is in the upper 50s to low 60s at night and I am sweating in bed. I am not looking forward to sleeping on this thing in the summer. It will be hell.

The frame arrived with torn fabric. They did send someone out to repair it and he discovered a considerable number of frame components had been installed improperly.

Initially contacting their people was quick, until they had the money and then support would take more than a week to respond."

I started reading all the info and spoke (on the computer) with a person about which bed was best for me. The help I was given was the best info. Delivery was fast and no problems. My bed is the best I never wake up....like I use to....fall asleep faster...I wish I had found this bed years ago. My friends thought it was funny when I told them I bought a "bed in a box".
