"My experience started online and they new exactly what I needed to order for my parents depending on their body needs. Then my experience got better with the phone and Anastasia. She understood our needs and exceeded them. There was one hook up where they had delivered the mattress even when we had asked to deliver at a later date. I suppose that was a different dept. that probably didn’t read the “fine print”! The mattress was taken and then a new one was delivered at the time we needed it to be delivered. Now as far as the feel of the mattress...my parents are in love....my mom has arthritis and sleeps on her back or side, while my dad sleeps on his side and had back issues. They recommended the AS3..... it’s the perfect bed for my parents. They both said they had never slept so peaceful with no aches and pains on a new bed in their entire life. "We've been sleeping on our new AS3 for over a month now and all considered, we're both pleased. It's plush enough for my wife who is a slide sleeper yet firm enough for me, a combination side and stomach sleeper. We give it a 9 out of 10. The reason that it doesn't get a 10 is the edge support or lack thereof. If you get to close to the edge you feel like you'll fall off. The delivery was very quick and surprised us. We received an email and a phone call saying that delivery would take a week to 10 days so we ordered it to coincide with our return home from a trip. The mattress arrived three days after ordering it and sat outside for a week until we returned. "

"This mattress was good for the first 100 days. But six months in it began to develop mushy spots where our weight was focused. Within a year the foam had broken down so much that every night the lower back pain for both of us was so great we started getting up early just to end the night sooner. We tried rotating the mattress, switching sides, really everything we could do. It’s now been 4-5 months since the pain started and we have just bought a new mattress to replace it. Very disappointed that the mattress foam broke down so quickly, especially for the price. We have never before needed to replace a mattress in just one year. Beware."

"When my 6 year old, $2800 Beautyrest mattress started developing indentations, I decided that I wasn’t willing to spend that much on a new mattress if it wasn’t going to give me a longer life. I intend to work with the Better business bureau as I can't afford to lose that much money. I paid for White glove service, the mattress was left in my alley. The company that attempted to deliver the base was very professional but it would not fit in my house."
