"The quality of the mattress somewhat makes up for the lack of experience with customer service. First, I ordered a queen bed with twin bed frame, and they didn’t catch that was a mistake. It took them about an entire month to pick up the twin bed frame from my apartment LOBBY, after Fedex failed to pick it up four times. They assured me after each “pick up” it had been handled, which they never figured out why Fedex kept leaving it behind. They don’t have their own delivery service and therefore have to rely on bird party deliveries, which is a disadvantage. Also, you’re lucky if someone answers the phone even during their claimed business hours. The mattress currently feels a bit itchy due to the foam, but I’m hoping it gets better before I return it. The new foam smell eventually went away, or perhaps I’m used to it after two months. Given the headache with returning the bed frame, I’m afraid it’ll be another hassle to return the mattress, so I’m hopeful it’ll work out. "

"We easily ordered & rec'd our king size mattress. We let it rise & open up for the 1st 16 hours before we actually sat/layed/slept on it. We absolutely loved it from the first sleep. Neither one of us disturbs the other when getting out of bed now. I had to call the day after ordering to get a mattress cover. It was handled simply & easily. We recommend Amerisleep to everyone who wants & needs a great night's sleep. A bit pricey but well worth it !!

"Not sure what I can do to convince everyone I'm a real person and wasn't paid to give a review, but I am and I wasn't.
I'm a slender/slight person and AmeriSleep is considered to have more firm mattresses. We even got the firmest style and I have no issues. However take this with a grain of salt because I'm not a picky sleeper, and sleep anywhere for however long.
My husband on the other hand has lower back problems (two bulged discs) and is extremely particular about his mattresses and where he sleeps. Although driving and his job affect the state of his back, after just a few days on our new mattress he was dreaming for the first time in months, if not years! He feels more refreshed and has better nights' sleep than he has in a long time.
Best part was, we got our bed in the mail and within just a couple of hours it was fine to sleep on, none of this flattening out over a few days nonsense.
We've only had our bed for about 6 weeks, so can't say anything for longevity. Hope this helps!"

"When I first tried out the bed, I thought it was a bit on the firm side. I have a bad back and I feel the bed was very supportive. The mattress will conform to your body. The price was right compared to other high end beds. Don't pay for the name. Go for the price and the quality!

"AS3 supposed to be right in the middle between firm and luxury soft, I purchased but was way to firm for me. Called Amerisleep whom told me I need to give it a full 30 days to break in and to try jumping on it to speed up the process, which actually works by the way. Mattress was still too firm so after 30 days they made the exchange for me to the AS5 (softest). Exchange process was so simple, step by step instructions, very friendly and helpful staff."

"We researched mattresses For months before going with Amerisleep, and never thought we’d go with a foam mattress. But after reading about the materials used, comparing the terms of the trial period and replacement, reading other reviews, and seeing product rankings, we decided to gove the AS3 try. We didn’t realize just how much our previous conventional mattress was affecting our lives until we received the AS3. We would be up multiple times per night, going to the bathroom, checking email, and then streaming tv reruns trying to get back to sleep. We thought we were just getting older and our bladders weren’t what they used to be.
