"Amerisleep initially sent a different mattress than what we ordered. I contacted them, and they immediately helped get the correct mattress on the way, along with helping us arrange to have the first mattress picked up from our house.
The second mattress had issues with delivery. Somewhere between Amerisleep and our house, FedEx damaged the packaging, including the address label, and so our shipment was lost in FedEx tracking land. When I called FedEx to check on the tracking, they assured me the mattress would be derived the "next day." This happened on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon. I finally called Amerisleep Thursday evening to let them know what was going on. They said they would contact FedEx and see what they could do. The correct mattress arrived the following Friday, which was about 7 business days later than initially projected. Like I said, Amerisleep did all they could do to make the experience a good one. FedEx could not have handled it much worse, except to completely lose the mattress. We love the mattress and have had no issues with it since beginning to sleep on it about three weeks ago. "

"I'm not sure I like the mattress. I sleep on one side of a queen size mattress and and after one month I notice that side being much softer and not returning to the original medium firm comfort. I intend to continue to evaluate this issue and if it persists or gets worse I may need to return the mattress under the warranty / guarantee."
