"The first line of printing was too small to be read. After calling customer service 3 times, there is still no resolution. I was told that I would receive a proof of the correction. No proof was sent. I was told that the Authorizations Dept. would call me. No one has called. I still do not have a corrected order. If this can't be resolved, I will find another company from which to source my order. I have been a customer of Amsterdam Printing for several years, owning two businesses and ordering for companies I worked for.
