"I have ordered quite a lot from this company. My experience has been just ok. The t-shirts I ordered had smaller print than they appeared on the proof. On my most recent order, I seem to be getting somewhat random printing in the sense that some will have a phone number, some will have the website, some have neither. I'm pretty sure I didn't approve of them that way, but I don't have many weeks left until I need to use these items. In their defense, I haven't called to complain about this order. The items are usable if not perfect. Also on the positive side, they have a fast turnaround time. "

"After ordering 300 pens with a pen light I noticed that most of them had a defective light switch and the light didn't stay on. Talked to customer service and was told I could return them for a full refund. When I asked about a refund for my $27.97 return shipping cost, I was told that that was my responsibility. I don't agree and am pretty unhappy about being out of almost $30 and no pens. BTW, still waiting for my refund for the merchandise 4 days after FEDEX tracking number said they delivered and customer service admits they received the returned items 4days ago."

"I received my order and was quite pleased with the way they looked. They were the quality I had expected, able to stick to a frig but not meant to hold sheets of paper. For some odd reason, I decided to count them, all 4,000 of them. Guess what? I had 1,942 magnets! Slightly short of the number ordered. I called my sales person & left him a message and sent him an email. It was a holiday weekend when this was discovered. He returned my call and with just 4 days short before my event they were able to print the missing magnets and get them to me on time.

"On 8/12/2015 Wednesday---I informed Deb Bramer, Authorization department, Amsterdam Printing about the pen lettering rubbing-off and Deb ask me to take a picture. I took a picture 3 times and then, she said maybe send the pen back where it's fading the letters, etc.
Deb Bramer gave me a hard time and I finally gave up. I'm not ordering from this place anymore.

"Printing quality was excellent! Customer Service Representative Jennifer was not competent! I received a coupon by email stating 20% off next order, however, this person did not understand this was the next order. After Jennifer spoke with a Supervisor I was not given the 20% off of the pens and not the boxes. As a person who reads daily, my comprehension is excellent!! I find it disturbing to print a coupon for one thing, and you pick and chose where the discount should be applied. If it is not stating on the coupon all is discounted!! Copy of coupon listed below:
