"I'm pretty disappointed with the product I received. I ordered a series of wine glasses to be printed with a rectangular artwork/image that I uploaded. Instead, the rectangular artwork was severely distorted into a trapezoid shape, completely altering the original artwork. I realize that printing on a curved glass may be somewhat challenging, but the test image and examples on the website led me to believe that printing this artwork without distortion would not be a problem. Clearly, that was not the case, and I am very dissatisfied with the product I received. "
