"I called twice before placing my order to verify product availability due to my firm deadline. Then, when my order was received they confirmed my order would be delivered by the day I requested. 24 hours later I was told they were NOT available and I needed to choose something else. Considering the fact that I called and ordered half of what they claimed to have on hand, I don't think there was a mad dash for this item in less than 30 minutes from the time I called to the time I placed my order & uploaded my logo. I cancelled my order and found someone else who had the item I wanted in stock."
