"I have used Amserdam Printing for years. The quality is always good. Shipping seems reasonable. And when I need help, they are there! They speak English well. They are kind and get to the point. They don't mind doing the simple things, like place an order for me. Of course I could do it on my own. But when they are in the middle of answering my questions, they are also moving forward with taking my order. But not in a pressure kind of way, in a helpful manner. And I don't feel obligated to order until I am ready. They knkow their products and systems and also offer samples!
I tried another company that sent a promotion. It took 5 minutes of talking to their customer services, who was put out with my call in order, for me to be done with them. They didn't offer samples on the pens I was interested in. The gal sighed with annoyance after every question SHE asked and I asked. Skipped many necessary questions, and was unapporachable when asked basic questions. Even got defensive when I called her out on her crappy attitude! I gave her a second chance and it continued. I hung up and went straigt back to Amsterdam where I was treated well again! Amsterdam has excellent customer service!"
