"It was a bit frustrating tying to update our own shipping information. I utilized the chat feature and apparently the Rep tried and struggled herself and stated that I would need to have the order processed and the shipping charges would be removed. I did just that and I was surprised when I saw that the shipping charges were just reduced. I called customer service and was told those charges represented packing the items in the box and getting it ready for shipping. I was surprised that the Rep never mentioned the handling charges and maybe she needs to be made aware of that. I would also have thought that if there are 2 different charges that maybe you should consider changing "shipping charges" to be labeled as "shipping and handling". Soon after, I received a corrected invoice that removed the remaining shipping charges and I appreciated that my call was handled in a positive manner. That made a positive impact on whether I would continue to order from Amsterdam Printing in the future. Thank you"
