"This order had to go back to the FedEx dist center to be resealed. All 300 pens were just crammed into one light-weight
carton and the tape had come loose. The printing was smeared on several of the first pens I looked at. I will see how the rest look as I use them. I do not have time to examine and count them all. I have purchased 100's of pens from them and have always had great quality pens with good printing.. Do no know what happened to this batch from Mexico.


I am happy to add that the company reached out to me and is providing me with a replacement shipment. All companies make errors, but should be judged on how quicky they respond and correct them. Thank You"

"Not good, the pen wsn't what I thought it would be. On the website the imprint was on the side opposite the clip which gives the impression that, thats where the writing would go as well. Even though I have 5 lines, which I've always had with all the pens that I've ordered over the years, the print was never this small. It was a dissapointment, even though I stated it and wasn't happy, I wanted to return the pens for something else, but was dissuaded off and given a 20% discount, which I still haven't received. The more I give away these pens, makes me feel even more dissatisfied with them. I even had clients comment on them stating how they felt this pens wasn't as nice as the others and that the writing was too small they coulf hardly read it."

"After requesting a proof when I ordered, I never received a proof and they printed the mugs. The logo was so tiny it was barely visible and not centered at all. They look absolutely terrible and I would never want my brand represented by such poor work. I informed Amsterdam about this and after saying they would get back to me within 24 hours, it’s been way longer than that and I still have no resolution or response. They initially offered for me to have to pay to return them, which is horrible customer service! They should be offering to refund me immediately for the terrible work and the fact that when I asked for a proof, they never sent it and went right to printing them!"
