"1st order of a pen style I have ordered thousands of in the past multiple times didn't go through after weeks of delay, product was no longer available. Ordered new different pens but am disappointed in how small the font is. My clients will hardly be able to read our phone number without magnification. It would be nicer to have a proto unit in hand before ordering hundreds of pens."
