"Amsterdam had some very good coupons which made my order more affordable. Because of that I was able to order a larger supply. I especially appreciated the minimum quantity of 24 because that meant I could order more designs. Also wonderful that the quantity was mix or match. The most negative part of my order experience was that multiple customer reps would pick up an email thread and usually I had to respond more than once or even put in a phone call to get an issue resolved. I know that right now there are lots of issues with shipping and supply chains; although my order did not come as soon as I had hoped, it arrived in a reasonable time. I had lots of things to learn as I navigated the order process, but when I need more mugs, I expect to order from Amsterdam again. I was impressed with their graciousness when I didn't know what to do next. "

"I run a one-man consultancy and wanted a Christmas gift for my clients that was affordable, useful (won't be thrown away), reminding of my firm and contact info. I looked around and settled on Amsterdam Printing Company . . . about 15 years ago. Since then I have purchased planners from Amsterdam every year. Their attention to getting it right and responding to my directions was great. All delivered on-time and correctly executed.

The planner itself is great! The space for each day in the months is large enough for several entries. It includes useful supportive information (Telephone codes etc.). Most clients keep on their desk at work (where my firm's name and contact info is prominent) but those that don't, bring it home . . . and their wives are hooked . . . using it to keep their world organized and on schedule but, also, keeping my info prominent in the second venue for my clients."

"In all fairness, the end products from Amsterdam are nice. NOW, Amsterdam's customer service is non-existent. They eventually let you know your ordered products are out of stock and ignore the response email sent within the hour laying out what is needed to keep the order going. Needless to say Amsterdam ignored the requirements and continued to send the product into production. The orders arrived late due to Amsterdam ignoring the customers request. Anybody in the event industry knows that late products are pretty much worthless, well except for Amsterdam obviously. I attempted to make a resolution with Amsterdam on BOTH orders but Amsterdam in their usual lack of customer service honor the deal on ONLY ONE order and then felt they did well. After dealing with their ineptness for weeks I have given up on trying to get Amsterdam to honor their agreement. So if you have months notice Amsterdam might work well for you. If I have plenty of time I may well use them again but NEVER on a deadline. If you are on a timeline the best you look to another supplier. Amsterdam's view of their customers is insulting and they will mislead and try to get away with everything they can. I wrote off my loss with them as a "live and learn" experience. Hopefully my review will prevent it from happening to you."

"I did not receive an email or tracking number when close to the time for arrival. I called to check on the item and it had not even been put into production. Was told by the representative that I would be contacted. I was not contacted at all, instead the item was put into production late, which caused the shipping date to be too late for the Convention it was purchased for. I do not understand when it paid for on time and given a time of arrival which would have been on time, there was no notification of a delay. Not happy at all with the fact that more money had to be spent to send the item to members after my Convention was over. Did not receive an invoice until 10/01/21 even though it was purchased 9/18/21.
