"I purchased Ultima Softex Stylus Pens. However I wanted a two sided pen. While working with my customer service representative, I asked the question. Can I have a two sided pen rather than just one side. Can both sides have different art? Ok, two questions... she didn't know. The specifications indicated single imprint. She received my contact information so she could ask the questions and get back with me.
It turns out that the answer was yes and the pens are printed and looking great.
I provided art for two sides and they laser engraved the pens and shipped them to me.
The selection of pen colors for the soft touch pens are good.
They are a very nice communication tool."
