"I had two different brands to choose from when i was ordering pens for the company i work for. Amsterdam was a little more expensive, but had a great look to there pen, so I ordered from them. When we got the pens, they looked so good! However, after about a week of using them, we started having problems with the paint chipping off them, the tops even fall of if you click them to hard, and the two that I was using ran out of ink in less than a week. Not at all happy and would like to be compensated somehow."

Never once did they reach out to me to let me know this. My order ended up taking even longer since they never told me they had to render the artwork, needed my approval, or what was going on until I reached out the day after they said it was supposed to arrive. Great product once it arrived just bad communication. "
