"The calendars were not shipped when expected. Even though I received a shipped confirmation message with a tracking #, the tracking # was non-existent at UPS. Two days later after I received the message, I checked with UPS and the tracking # was not in their system. I called Amsterdam customer service and the CSR that helped did not understand why UPS was unable to locate the tracking #. The CSR suggested we wait a few more days and check back. I checked back 4 days after I received the message and finally UPS was able to find the shipment, which had just left the fulfillment center and I was scheduled to receive the shipment in 5 days."

They approved our mug, charged our card and , only to be told by the supervisor that they wouldn't print our mugs, they have no right to censor our logo of our coffee brand MoFoJoCo, really??? We contacted Amsterdam 4 times and finally were told they don't send proofs for online orders and we had to ship the calendars back at our own expense. The calendars ended up costing almost twice as much and we are delayed in handing them out to clients. Any other printing company I have dealt with in the last 25 years has sent a proof. Not impressed. "
