"I made a huge order ($2300) and before I placed the order I called and asked if I would be given proofs directly from the art team before anything was shipped to me. I placed the order on 10/10/2019 and on 10/15/2019 I called because I had not had any correspondence from anybody via email or phone. I spoke to Kai and she said "everything has been sent to production already except X product because it is on backorder, and that they needed me to send a new logo for it in better resolution" so i told her that I did not receive proofs like I was told I would. She then put me on hold, accidently hung up on me, so I called back, got to speak with Kai again, I told her I would like some proofs sent to us. She put me on hold again and hung up with me again. I called back and spoke to a woman name Germaine. Germaine was helpful (so I thought). She at that point confirmed that everything except X item had been sent to production. I asked what was wrong with the logo and she said she wasnt sure so she resent it to them (the same logo was used for everything so we both were confused as to why it didnt work for this one item) I told her I was very upset that things went to production without an OK from me. She agreed and said she would at that point (afternoon 10/15/2019) send me proofs to show me "what is on it's way" and i was told that if i dont like what comes to me that I can send it back they back their products 100 percent. She sent me proofs, I asked if changes can be made and she said "no it is in production". I called back again and spoke to a woman named Jocelyn. I called to ask exactly what would happen if we didnt like the items. She assured me that I would be able to send everything back. I emailed Germaine (who had sent me proofs of everything on 10/15/19, just the proofs they provide on the website not actual proofs showing how the logo is oriented on the product) I told her I was frustrated that i cant make changes, i asked her "what further action is needed from me" she said "Nothing" I called again today because I got another email saying my logo wasnt good. I again spoke with Kai, who again, hung up on me two times. Both times when I called back I was met with "we dont know anyone named Kai, we dont have anyone by that name here" I started speaking with a woman named Barbara who ended up confusing me even more saying that NOTHING has ever been to production saying that I need to update my logo, and she said that Germaine had sent me proofs the day prior (She did not) and that she was waiting for my approval. Germaine sent me proofs two days prior, when i tried to change them i was told it was not possible due to being in production already. Barbara at one point told me "If i were you I wouldnt have placed a 2300 order online without calling first" when i told her i did call, she wanted to know who i spoke to, i coudnt remember, she said that i had to request a proof to get one. I told her i did that, i also was told by jocelyn that every order over 1000 gets a proof automatically. I was told that is not true. I JUST NOW recieived an email from Germaine saying "Item X is finished at our facility (the item they said I needed a new logo for)" about 30 minutes ago Barbara said "Nothing has gone to production" These people need to communicate. I do not know who to trust. I dont know what to beleive. I dont know where my products are, what further action I need to provide. I have had a horrible experience with everyone involved. Thoigh they have been NICE, they have each given me completly different explinations to the same question. "

"My clients love this pen and so do I. The feel and size it is perfect and the pen writes great ALL the time. I have ordered 100 then 200 because they write so well and feel so god in your hand.
I had ordered another pen which has had to be redone twice now as it skips and then doesn't write after I ma writing with it for a day or 2 tried 6 pens out of each order and they still did it. We'll see about the 3rd and FINAL order. Its the glide pen. Beautiful and write awesome but they are consistent in working.
