"They pens are good quality and a nice touch to our business. We are using them as a marketing tool when customers steal our pens they think about coming into our store. Our employees also enjoy a professional look when handing to sign. Initially there were some snafu's on the logo and printing, eventually it was worked out with a suggestion by the company as printing on the pens is more difficult. Although it was fine in the end it took a month or two to work this all out and I was charged extra pens. With all the fees for logo creating etc etc which is where they make their money I reduced my rating to 4 stars because I think the length of time to get a resolution waiting on emails and calling in the process and of course every time you call you have to go over the whole story, could have definitely been better attended. Side note I may have literally received 6-7 invoices between mail and email, more attention to that then getting my product done. That's a bit much when you get invoice after invoice and I paid with a credit card. "

"I had to contact the company about a mistake in pricing on pens. The flyer mailed to me had a per piece price which was the same regardless of the amount ordered. When I placed the order, the price shown was incorrect. I tried using the Chat feature and just got frustrated. The person on the chat with me was not helpful at all and couldn't seem to understand that the pricing I expected was on the flyer sitting in front of me. I called the company and, fortunately, was able to resolve the issue with Janeth Arcayos. She was a big help and got the issue resolved fairly quickly. "
