"easily found the part I needed and ordered it, delivery was on time. I first ordered the wrong part and realized it a few minutes after my order. I quickly asked to have the first order cancelled, thinking that it'd be a hassle to get that done, but it wasn't...the wrong order was rapidly stopped and I didn't have to call in to get it handled. The right part arrived and was waiting for the GE repairman to show up, who was surprised when my tenant handed him the part he needed instead of having to wait for them to order and reschedule a subsequent service call. I watched the install video, which helped confirm it was the right part for this situation. "
