The shipping you selected is our ground shipping which takes 3-6 business days for delivery. Most customers do get their orders in 1-2 days and I am not sure why this was not delivered to you in that timeframe. I will get you a refund for our shipping charges. "Have used Appliance Parts Pros many times. The site diagrams, videos and forums can't be beat. In particular the videos are great for understanding what I may be getting myself into.
Deducted 1 star since on my last order, I wasn't sent the correct part. The part I received didn't match the picture of the part on the site, close but not quite. Customer service was awesome, they placed a new order for the part; since it appeared to have been a mispick by the warehouse. But unfortunately, it was Friday evening so the part wasn't going to ship till Monday. Additionally, they were going to ship it out using the original method; which meant 3-5 days shipping.
Since I really didn't want to leave my dishwasher in pieces across my very small kitchen for days, I went looking for the part locally on Saturday. I did manage to find it and get my dishwasher back together. I contacted APP customer service again and the canceled the replacement part order and processed a return for the incorrect part.
I get that things happen, but it would have been nice if APP could have gotten a replacement to me quicker. I got very lucky finding the part locally. Called 3 places, and only one had it. "
