To make a long story short, I ordered the wrong part (two parts look almost identical), I called customer service, and they went out of their way to get me to the correct part and show me my error. Very friendly and helpful personal which can be hard to find these days. Going to be ordering the correct part with confidence this time. "

"The part needed was easy to find on their website AND the installation video was very helpful. I bought from them because of their reviews and because of the troubleshooting help/videos that they have on their site. I contacted an appliance repairman that I know to get his opinion on whether to replace anything other than the thermostat that was bad. He suggested replacing the whole heating assembly (which I did). He actually sent me the link to the assembly on the AppliancePartsPros site, so he uses them too!
Shipping was fast. The only downside is that the assembly was not wrapped in plastic so the edges tore up the Styrofoam packing material which got into the new part. I had to use a compressor to blow it out. Also, you can find the parts cheaper but I question their quality. What I received looked to be an OEM replacement part.
