"I needed a valve for my refrigerator ice maker. Went to AppliancePro website and easily found the part. They have a great website with an easy to use setup. I appreciated the photos of the part from all different angles so that I could verify that the valve I a had removed from my refrigerator exactly matched the one on their site. The photo showed me the exact same part number so that I felt confident in ordering the part. And it only took 2 business days to get it to me. I appreciated them shipping it per UPS instead of using USPS which is generally slower."

"Had all kind of issues with this part GE local dealers, all said it was back ordered and had no idea when it would arrive. These guys had it in stock, I ordered it overnight at about 6:00 PM. They told me that II would have it by 8:00 PM the next day. 7:50 PM the next day it was at my doorstep.
Was like 1970 customer service commitment resurrected. I will be telling all of my friends where to get parts by the pro's. "
