"We are a Moving & Storage company, as well as a 3rd party appliance installer, so we are very familiar with how these are to be installed / removed. Once received, I verified it was the correct part number for my customers front load washer model number, but, even after cutting off the tabs / hooks per the included instructions, the diameter of the red plastic wasn't close to fitting inside and they were way too long. not enough time to exchange, so I cut the heads of the 4 lag bolts that came in the kit, grabbed my tap & die kit and tapped threads downs the bolt shaft enough to put on a thick rubber washer and nut and tightened the drum that way."

"Part arrived in two days. Instructions were clear so installation only took 30 minutes, Very satisfied. The only ding I'm giving is for GE itself as thos part should include a small blister packet of RTV 102, a food grade adhesive recommended by GE's own bulletin for this heater install to seal around the water dispenser tube. "
