"A tough decision to repair the 13-year old General Electric washing machine or buy new. Appliance Parts Pros' quick turnaround of parts ordered (typically 2-days) along with their excellent "how-to" videos tipped the scale. Having served as both an automotive technician and an aircraft technician gave me the technical know how and correct tools (except the hub nut wrench!); the illustrated parts breakdowns and videos supplied the data and experience needed to complete the task.
