Even though this was an OEM issue (part shipped directly from OEM), Appliance Parts Pro Customer Service issued a replacement order and sent a return shipping label and RMA form. No quibbling, hassle, or additional cost to me. The replacement part arrived before I even boxed up the wrong part. "The canned motor pump in my washer stopped running. The rotor of the pump broke apart.
I found the exact pump on AppliancePartsPro.com. Using the washer model number to search on their website it showed every part on the washer.
I ordered it, paid a few more $$ for overnight delivery. Ordered at 10:am it arrived next dat at 03:00pm.
