"AppliancePartsPro web site is well organized and they make it easy to find the part you need. In my oven door there are 3 pieces of glass. I didn't take the door apart before I ordered the part and I made a mistake in choosing the one I needed.
They make it so easy to return the wrong part. You just go to return and there's a place for you to print out the return label and RMA invoice. You can use the Post Office for cheapest delivery. They give you a generous amount of time to return the part (up to a year I think).
I thought my project would be at a standstill for a while, but the new part showed up the next day. I've ordered parts from them several times and the speed of delivery and service are top notch."
