"The website was really easy to use and find the parts I needed to repair my dishwasher. They shipped out the same day, and should have arrived the next day via ground delivery. They also have a terrific video on the product page that explains how to replace the part(s), which saves a ton of time when you are not disassembling appliances on a regular basis.
The only reason the review was 4 and not 5 stars was the product shipped via FedEx. I know shipping is out of the control of the seller, but the seller chose to ship via FedEx. Long story short, the delivery was delayed because FedEx is dreadful in my area. It is not uncommon for shipments to be lost, delayed or damaged when shipped to my area via FedEx. The two companies I have worked for over the last 25 years choose to not ship via FedEx for the same reasons.
In spite of that, I will order again if I need replacement parts for my appliances."
