"I ordered a replacement icemaker for my LG refrigerator. The item I received was in terrible condition right out of the box, and certainly not damaged in shipping. I have photographs that show that a major part of this unit is deformed and not properly closed. The wiring harness has dangerously exposed bare wires and other wires are loosely covered with electrical tape. This ice maker clearly is not new, and certainly not usable. Anyone looking at (or shipping) this part can clearly see that it was shipped without regard for the condition of the item. The return policy says that returned items must be new and in usable condition. That is not possible when this company ships a customer a damaged, defective and clearly dangerous to use products. I have photos (I would love to share) to back up my statements that will make any potential customers think twice before ordering from this company. I expect return shipping and a full refund for the damaged item I was sent. Unfortunately, I can not recoup by lost time and inconvenience caused by this company. This will be the first of several reviews (with photos) on this purchase and company unless appropriate measures are taken to resolve this problem. The purchase date was 11/1/19, not 11/1/20. Fix your app. "
