"Ordered two different parts, bottom heating element and top broil heating element, from them. Installed them, took two screws, Oven still didn't work. Unscrewed them sent them back for refund. They said they had been installed and could not refund. Really, two screws? Told them would like the parts back. They said they had been destroyed as they had been installed. I just can't believe they destroyed them. They were in perfect condition when sent back. I think they lie and will probably sell them to someone else. Our loss but would advise people to think twice about using them. The parts weren't cheap either."

"I watched a great video on your website on a leak repair. There are 2 parts needed. I checked your website and the part was $26 total. I checked Amazon and they had the 2 part repair kit for $21 total. I bought

Only the seal arrived. It is useless without the second part. I was told I would have to order it. I returned the seal and ordered from Amazon. It arrived in one day. "
