The only bad part was they did not have a video or outline on how to install the glass top but after about an hour or so I figured it out. They always seem to have the answer that will save someone a few hundreds of dollars in repairs and headaches. I find the videos to be very easy to follow and informative. The technical assistance, whether it’s over the phone, via email, or an on screen chat box is always spot on and polite.
I have told several friends and family members about the website and try to steer folks their way if someone complains about an appliance. I think your model is certainly a model that could be replicated for other big ticket items that might do well with an easy repair.
