"I installed my new valve or water control that sends water ti the ice maker and the water dispenser. Unfortunately, the unit is leaking where the two plastic water lines go into the valve mechanism.
I need some suggestions to fix this or do I need a new mechanism?"

I'm so sorry for the issue with your order. From the symptoms you are describing, it does sound like the water inlet valve you purchased from us is defective. However, there could be a leak in the plastic tubing where it connects. I would advise turning off the water to check.
