"Dishwasher became very noisy. Determined drain pump was the issue. I ordered an aftermarket pump at 1/2 the cost of OEM. Pump fit exactly as original. The motor on the pump is smaller than the OEM pump so not known if it will last long term. The replacement pump has been in operation for 3 weeks now and has worked
well. "

"Our microwave table motor stopped working. We ordered a new one. It arrived in a bubble wrapped pack. Looks like someone stepped on the package or otherwise crushed it as the shaft of the motor was bent and seized. I tested the motor, it did not turn or even buzz. The folks at AppliancePartsPros sent a new one. I don't know if it works because on reinstalling the old motor it now works. When it fails again I'll replace it but it seems fine, the shaft is not jammed I can feel the gear backlash. This time it was packaged in a box in bubble wrap. "
