"Very Dissatisfied.

I placed an order on 3/1, paid for 2-5 business day shipping. The charge cleared my credit card account on 3/1.

On 3/4, I receive an email from their customer service indicating that the price I was invoiced and billed was less than their cost, and I would need to agree to pay additional $ (approximately 50% more) to receive the item.

I understand that price mistakes occur, but I expect them to be addressed prior to charging me. At that point, money has changed hands and this should be considered a closed deal.

Per the rep, the only other option is to cancel the order, which I have done. Will see how quickly funds are refunded to my credit charge. At the advice of the CC company, a dispute will be raised if not refunded expeditiously.

Stay Away !!

edit: The order was "cancelled" on 3/4, but the item showed up anways on 3/5. Guess it was already in route from the drop-shipper. End result - I got the product I wanted. Won't dispute anything with Credit Card company as long as they don't end up charging anything additional.

"Don't go anywhere near this outfit. I broke my cardinal rule of never buying from a company that didn't have a phone number. Paid for 2-5 days shipping, received a confirmation number and then nothing else. No ship, no tracking number, NADA! And no response to their gimmicky e-mail forms to send the customer a tracking number. Read their website CLOSELY if dumb enough to do business with this black hole. No cancellations unless out of stock..and of course they never respond to any inquiries, so only they know if it doesn't exist in any warehouse. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!"

"Received a replacement timer for my Kitchenaid washer from Appliance Zone and had it installed within 30 minutes of delivery. It does not work - the water fills contiuously, the motor runs non stop and the only way to stop it was to pull the plug from the wall. I'm not that upset that it doesn't work because stuff happens. What really irks me is their hands-off approach to making it right. What good is their live chat when they simply say to send an email with your problem and we might get back to you - "live chat is terminated". End of discussion. No street address and no phone number. Follow the link to their return policy and you find you must fill out their defective part form, wait for their determination and then, if approved, pay shipping both ways to return their junk, foreign-made part. There will be no refunds. Meanwhile you're expected to wait weeks for them to determine if you are worthy of them sending you another part to try. I have submitted their defective part form numerous times - It's been weeks and they will not contact me about correcting this. I need my washer now. This $96 piece of crap has finally gone in the trash and I went out and bought a quality made part locally for not much more money. Works like a champ now.
These guys suck! Save your money, do the research and spend wisely.
