"Beware, Beware, Beware. I ordered via the online chat and received the wrong item, but this is not my complaint. Once I needed to return the item I was told to communicate through their email, as in wait hours/days for a response. The online chat would no longer help and they would not provide a telephone number.

But it gets worse. They would not provide me with Return Authorization # until I purchased, yes purchased - give them more money, the replacement item. Once I had an order number they gave me an RA# and I could return the wrong product. "

"I ordered parts for a dryer; a motor and a repair kit on a Sunday with standard shipping. It arrived more quickly than I had imagined. The prices can't be beat and the online chat helps assure the right part is ordered.

"I was hesitant at first not to order from this company because of no e-mail contact address, no company address and no telephone number to call them. I ordered 3 water filters for my refrigerator on Thursday 3/18/10 at 3:40PM and they were delivered to my house on Monday 03/22/10 at 10:18am. Not counting the weekend, that's less than 1-1/2 days delivery time. AWESOME! They were the correct filters as I ordered and I found them at ApplianceZone.Com for $20 less than any place else. The not so good: NO COMMUNICATION on second item missing from shipment even though it was shown on packing list; NO COMMUNICATION about the item being back ordered until I used their on-line chat to ask; INCORRECT INFORMATION given by chat that I would be notified of shipping/tracking info when the order was released (I was not).

"I have mixed feelings about this merchant. On the plus side, they had the refrigerator filter that I needed at a price that could not be beat. On the negative side, the item arrived at my door Postage Due from the post office after I had paid for shipping. The filter was not packed in any external shipping box or packing - they merely slapped a mailing label on the thin cardboard container that held the filter (think box that an auto oil filter is sold in) and sent it on its way. The $2.00 postage surcharge will not break the bank but I have to question just how legit this operation really is.

As a P.S., the merchant did send a somewhat canned email the day after I filed my complaint with them offering an apology and some explanation as to how the mixup happened. It was not signed. As well, they did issue a credit to my PayPal account in the amount of the excess postage that I paid upon delivery. The part that arrived was correct for what I needed and is installed and working well. Overall, the experience continues to leave me skeptical but I will leave this up to you to decide based on the facts alone."

"I placed an order with this company last night and requested economy shipping, today I tryed to locate a phone number for the company so I could talk to a customer service person. After spending a good deal of time VIA a chat mode and requesting a phone number. I was told that this is the way there company does bussness. There are some people out here that want to be able to talk to a LIVE custmer rep, not a cumpter terminal. All I want to do was to upgrade the shipping method to be able to get the part I had already paid for. I understand P & L(profit and loss. It would apper that this company is ALL about the profit side and not the coutomer side. I am not a bussness, just a consumer needing a repair part to fix an appliance. Is there some reason or then P&L that they will not talk to a customer via the phone??????"

"Had a great experience with Appliancezone.com. First, when I logged onto their page and was looking for an ice maker a real person popped on and asked if I needed help. They led me through to the right part, which was 50% of what other on-line stores were asking.

The part didn't operate when I installed it, that happens. I went on-line to inform them and again a person popped on and took my info. They shipped a replacement then next day. This one worked properly and all is well.

I'm going back if I need another appliance part and do recomend them to you.

"I made a purchase from this website for a replacement dishwasher door part. I selected them from Google Shopping because of their price. I paid immediately through their online checkout using Paypal as the method.

3 days later, I get an email stating that "there was a pricing mistake" and demanding an additional 7.68 or the order would be cancelled. They refused to take any accountability for the pricing on their own website (and I did not use any coupons, codes, etc to lower the price). I refused to pay the extra and they said they would refund my money. It is now August 6th, and I still do not have the refund. I have filed a Paypal complaint for my money to be returned. "
