I ordered the part and waited for 6 days, but the status of my order was still: "Processing". I sent them Emails and called them 2 times a day starting from the day 2. No single reply from them. I waisted a week and finally ordered from another company. Stay away from them. It is a joke, not a company. "

Not only did Appliance Parts 365 have the best price on both parts, they also had the most reasonable total cost when you added in shipping. Although I was not able to ever connect with Customer Service regarding the return of my original order, I went ahead and mailed it back to them and then they gave me a FULL refund (not even a restocking fee). Both orders arrived very quickly and the parts were OEM quality. My refrigerator's filtered water supply is now as good as new. I would definitely recommend this merchant to other buyers!"

"I was initially very apprehensive about ordering from this vendor because of the reviews posted here and because I couldn't get anyone on the phone but I was desperate to get a control board for my Kitchenaid refrigerator which had failed and I couldn't find it anywhere else not even from the manufacturer since they had stopped producing them so I took the chance and thankfully my fears proved to be totally unfounded. And... shipping said it would take between 2 to 4 days, they sent an email that they shipped next day, but actually the item was mailed 2 days after placing the order. "Don't do business with them. I ordered a small dishwasher part (fill valve) based on their price and the fact they said they had it in stock. That was late on a Wednesday night so you figure it would be shipped Thursday or possibly Friday. Here we are at the end of day Tuesday the following week and the status still says "pending" so obviously they lied about saying they have it in stock.

They don't answer their phone so I have left a message and and email telling them to cancel as I will get the part elsewhere. Let's see how well they handle the cancellation. I am prepared to return anything they send (unless on the off chance it was sent before today) and bounce the charge via the credit card company."
