"I ordered a replacement LED panel for my refrigerator. The price was great but I'd never ordered form them before so I was a little concerned. First of all, the part was shipped promptly and I received it quickly. To my great dismay, it did not work (at all). Since I wasn't familiar with the company, I worried about the hassle, whether I could return it, what hoops I would need to jump through. Well, let me tell you- it was refreshing to see a parts manager who was really focused on getting me the part rather than making a bunch of excuses. He sent out a replacement right away (which worked perfectly this time). I didn't have to do anything extraordinary. In the e-commerce world, you rarely get to actually speak to a real person, let alone someone who is authorized to make good. I will definitely order from them again for any replacement parts. Having a real person on the other line is priceless. Outstanding prices and outstanding customer service. "
"I just installed the new handle for my microwave which, although old, still works great, but the handle had broken. Email confirmation of my order was instantaneous, got the part in a few days, and the install was easy.
I would totally order again from this company!
(Only reason for no 5th star is that it was still hard to know (for sure) that this was the right part given that my microwave part number doesn't seem to come up on any search engines to quite match up with parts. For a more expensive part, I would probably email or call them to double check.)"

"I ordered a part from this website on 9/1/2018. I received it on 9/10/2018. After reviewing the part, it was the incorrect one which they indicated they packed/shipped the wrong item. After about a dozen emails exchanged, I was provided an RA number and sent it back which I waited weeks to have my refund back on my card. I had to call them and advise them to do this.
I paid $62.13 and they only refunded me $55.23 (they indicated a restocking fee would commence if a part was returned despite the fact that it was their fault). I then I had to spend $11.57 to send the part back. I am now out almost $20 for an item they shipped incorrectly and I have no part. This type of business practice is WRONG to say the least as I should not have paid a single penny to have it shipped back NOR should have taken out ANY money for a restocking fee which they imposed upon me because they shipped the wrong part! For a company to engage in this business practice is WRONG to say the least! The following email was sent to them without response:

"I ordered an icemaker for my refrigerator from Appliance 365. I received the icemaker and that's where the good stuff stops.
The icemaker didn't work so I figured it was the wiring harness. I ordered the wiring harness from Appliance 365 and received the wrong one. I contacted Customer Service and ask them to find the correct one given my make/model. They sent another one, this one was wrong as well.
I contacted them and they sent another. This time, the harness got lost. Appliance 365 would not accept responsibility for the lost shipment so I re-ordered and paid again. This time, they sent me the same wrong one as the first time.
So, at this point, I've paid for 3 harnesses and one icemaker that don't work for me.
After sending a few emails and a few months later, I get an email from a supervisor named Mitch apologizing for the mishaps. He told me those guys were fired and he would take care of me. He sent me a return label. I returned all the icemaker and harness. Unlike them, I insured my package. The package arrived and now they won't respond to my emails.
So, I paid for 3 harnesses, two sets of shipping, insurance, and I have nothing. Stay away from these guys! It's been almost a year!"
"Had a very had experience buying a door fip (Total cost $440). The customer agent name was Tony.
Initially he mentioned I will get my part within a week as order is available. I placed the order. The very next day, customer agent emailed saying its gonna take 8 weeks as the ordered part was defective. I was not even consulted before this order was placed for 8 weeks. When I asked them to cancel it, Tony emailed saying "I wish you well with your broken refrigerator." He also says he spent significant time on the order and underrates my response to cancel! The nerve of the guy. I am not sure if his manager is watching these email correspondence from customer care agents. For this company customer is the last that matters!.
I have never experienced a worse customer care in the US. Will never do business with this company again.

"I have a rental property with a super common dryer with a couple broken knobs which I have been trying to replace for some time now... Not only have these guys sent me the wrong parts (Which by the way took forever), but I have now had to drive clear across town, only to find that what they sent me does not fit (nor were they the part number I ordered)... After 4 separate calls to the company, a voicemail and an email I was finally able to get a hold of a guy who told me that what I was sent was simply a replacement part number for the one I ordered (Which as mentioned before definitely does not fit). He basically provided zero help and said that he would talk to his manager about sending me a return label and once the $1.99 knobs are received, they would then work on processing a refund. However he wasn't sure if I would be refunded the shipping costs (which was significantly more than the actual product)... What a scam and huge waste of my time."
