Just wanted to say THANKS. I spoke with your parts desk last Friday. Sorry I don't have have the gentleman's name, but he was very helpful in making sure I was ordering the correct ice maker for my kenmore refrigerator.
I ordered the part Monday. It was at my door on Thursday.
With much gnashing of teeth, and a few choice words I now have ice in my freezer.
Thanks again for your sincere customer service, prompt delivery, and competitive pricing.

"Horrible policy of not allowing items to be returned. I didn't even use the part and just because I opened it I was not allowed to return it. Don't use their service, Appliance Parts Pros has excellent returnable item policy. Wish I found them sooner."
"I paid $40 for overnight shipping and my package didn't arrive until 2 days later. While checking out and choosing shipping it doesn't tell you that you have to call for Saturday delivery and that overnight orders on Friday won't arrive for 2 business days. I asked for the money back that I spent on the shipping and they are refusing. Will not be using them again. "
"We looked up our item through the model number on their website. We received the I corrected item because of an error in their website. When we called we were assured that it would've taken care of and they would pay to get it shipped back. A few minutes later we received an email stating they will not cover shipping to keep the part cost down. We got stuck paying $10. Extra. When they received the part they told us then they couldn't process it as an exchange and then only sent me the money that we paid for the part. Not the full amount of the part and the $10 extra shipping. They keep saying its our fault that their website have me the wrong part. They don't care to make it right and will say whatever you want to hear at the moment and then do the complete opposite. I do NOT recommend this company. Stick to Amazon. They are loyal to their costumers. "

"First they sent the part to the wrong address, then they sent another one 3 DAYS after I called requesting it be sent out urgently, the same day, which they confirmed they would do.
When I then called AGAIN and asked for one to be overnighted, they refused, saying they CANNOT do that. I explained the different between CAN'T and WON'T but I guess but it seems that was lost on them. So since I can't fix my dishwasher now I have time to write reviews. Yay!"
"Terrible company they sent the wrong part. I emailed for an RA number several times. I finally called. They lady stated she could not issue the RA and the man who could was on the other line. I gave her my phone number and she stated he would call back. He never did. I received an email the next day with the RA. I'm hoping I actually get some of my money back. Don't waste your time with this place"

"ZERO STARS!! I ordered a part for my microwave, which went on the fritz on 7/28. I ordered the part that night, in hopes of getting it sometime early the next week. We all know how difficult life is when you don't have a microwave. On Friday 7/31, I called Appliance365 because the site said my order was still processing and there was no tracking number. I was told that they couldn't find a competent person to tell me, and I was promised a call back that day. Believe it or not, no phone call ever came. Instead, I got an email on the following Monday 8/3, stating my order was cancelled because they didn't have the part. Now I had to find the part again, order it, and wait another week to receive it. Do yourself a favor; order any parts you need from a competent company, anyone but Appliance365. ZERO STARS!!!!!

I did have an issue with getting part on-time, as the Distributor LG changed out the part information and Appliance Part 365 had to wait on their order to be completed. The service was great and communication was great! Will do business with Appliance Part 365 again!!"

"I made the mistake to order something from them. They were slow to ship, fast to withdrawal the funds. Then I needed to return the item, a different part was needed. ZERO reply from their return department. I called and the guy said he would forward over. Still no reply."
