"I did not need my dishwasher next day, so I was totally ready it to come two weeks later (I also ordered it XMas day). They missed delivery day, I emailed and was said it would be delivered in two days. And it was, right as promised second time. Delivery itself as promised, nothing special. You might say, boo, they missed delivery for two days. But then, it’s two days of two weeks and price was very nice, so I did not mind. For me this company worked great and I’d likely order again.

Delivery folks were respectful and careful.

"During our kitchen remodel, I kept going back to AppliancesConnection.com for their website. I really like all the filter options when searching for appliances. When it came time to purchase, I started with the online chat which led to a phone call. When I connected with Douglas on the phone, he answered all my questions and offered recommendations for a seamless install and was always there when I called back for questions or to order additional items. Prices were great and add tax free for my state, it couldn't be beat."

"I have updated my rating and comments, I had an item sent to me that ended up being the incorrect item - the box was labeled as the item I ordered, but the actual item inside was not correct. So this is not their fault, but I'm not super impressed with how replacing the item has gone and using the incorrect item would have required a complete rewire of the job.

They did provide a label to ship the item back, but would not send the replacement until they completely received the item. It took 11 days for it to ship back with the label they provided (as opposed to sending a replacement as soon as I shipped the item, which makes more sense). I'm still waiting on the item to even ship from their facility, even though they have received the incorrect item back.

This is setting me back on the job significantly."

"Bought a garbage disposal and returned it back to Appliance Connection two days later. The package was received by their warehouse on 1/23 and I called on 1/25. They said they would re-scan the item and issue and refund . Well here we are Feb 1st and no emails no nothing... so I call back and guess what I'm told the same thing I was told before. Don't know what happened we are going to rescan it and process your refund... I asked of I had to call back and make sure the refund was issued . They said no need that it would be done by Monday Feb 3rd...Just really upset off that I have to call back for a refund. I guess if I hadn't called I wouldn't have got no refund... This is a terrible business and would never buy from them again. "
