"IN-STORE EXERIENCE
Ex.1 30 minutes and then I am told to go back home, to order myself online and it will still take over two weeks to get, they don't have it instock.
Ex. 2 Told over the phone: "Order online, pay in full, then I have to go into the store and pay a "separate little gas line 20 dollar fee when they come do the install for the gas dryer line." Huh?
Ex. 3 Call...on hold...on hold...disconnected...on hold...wrong dept...on hold...no one answers...30 minutes...give up...try again another day...same thing. Oh forget it...

APPLIANCE CONNECTION
I returned to Appliance Connection online again and decided to actually CALL.

I was pleasantly surprised once I started talking with their staff, never went back.

I waited to post until I had the entire experience: Sales/Support (before/after), Shipping, Delivery, Install, & the Laundry Machine Set (LG WM3770HVA, LG DLGX3571V) for at least two weeks doing LOTS of laundry, a return visit from Install.

Along the way, I spoke with many friendly, helpful staff: Vicki, Edmond, Maeir, Roland, and many other front line folks. Each and every staff member was professional, dedicated, well trained, and so patient.

When you go beyond their knowledge of a topic technically they bring someone on line or have a call back with someone like:

Daniel Baja -Sales Manager ***-***-**** x 2040 ****@****.

Now TRUST is another issue here and Daniel knew my difficult constraints and needs and easily could have upsold me but he didn't.

He stayed within my parameters as I laid them out. He really knows his machines as he has been doing this for many years.

AM-DELIVERY COMPANY
We are also pleased with the AM Delivery and Install Service they used here out on the West Coast. We were nervous about how the East coast could provide that end of it but they were professional, respectful, and excellent as well and came back to reverse a door they left out of the install order without a problem.

WASHER/DRYER LG WM3770HVA, LG DLGX3571V
We LOVE the machines! I am not into doing complicated laundry and had not actually seen the set, I had only read alot about it.

But, its GREAT. You don't have to think about your laundry if you don't want to, the artificial intelligence in it does that for you, so I love it, I pick the simple stuff and it thinks for me. If I wanted to do complicated stuff or if I ever want to, I can.

The clothes really are CLEANER! In our case, we have been going to a laundrymat for a year and before that we had an older pair of great machines that worked but definitely did not CLEAN as well as this washing machine! I put it through the paces and did laundry almost 3 days straight. It performed wonderfully. Washed and dryed beautifully. Smaller machines in really tight space but powerful performance.

Yippee!

I have severe spinal arthritis so I was concerned it would be so hard to lift those darn towels out of bottom washer up to stacked dryer...imagine how happy I was to find this washer spun them out so dry they were so much lighter to lift out than any towels I have ever lifted!

Now my test on towels that work nicely washing and drying well is 5. I am only 5 ft 4 inchs so the dryer stacked is too hard for me to see all the dryer settings but Oh Well, at least I have my own laundry set in house now, Life is Better than Before, makes me stand on my old tippy toes.

I actually like the little singing machines and sounds, its better than an old buzzer going "BZZZZZZ!!!!"
Laundry can be a happy time, yes?

We also LOVE "DAZ BLINKIN" LIGHTS!" on the front panels that light up in the dark and the one inside the dryer.

There are so many things to love about this set and we have just started using it. I hope it continues to make us happy, but of course we have purchased warranties, and BTW, Appliance Connection has the best deals on these.

This past weekend, my hubby and I were almost fighting over who was going to do the laundry ..LOL!

SUMMARY
This is a hard working, competent, well run company that knows what they are doing end-to-end from the start of your purchase to your rebate. You can trust them. I received FAR SUPERIOR service than I have received any in store purchase of large appliances.

I am a member now and I am going to gather up points and save some on other household items I need.

But mostly, I am a fan for all the reasons listed above, there is more to shopping than saving a few bucks, although these folks help you do that too.

So from the West Coast to the East Coast, Great Job!

I never received my item next week. when I opened my ticket, they provided me another ETA having lead time a month. "Had purchased from Appliances Connection previously during the summer and decided to purchase a new refrigerator from them. After ordering I was informed by Calvin, a sales rep, that the item would not arrive to their warehouse for another 7-10 days. He told me that if I wanted to not wait and choose another refrigerator that he would include their 10 year warranty with any refrigerator of my choice, since my original selection included a 10 year compressor warranty. Called back the next day but Calvin was unavailable and a sales rep named Katty took my call. Also, Katty made sure that AC's service warranty was included and now I am waiting delivery after receiving confirmation by their e-mail and tracking system.
