"First, this was my second experience in ordering from Appliances Connection. My first order was a horrible experience, where I ended up canceling the order after several months of waiting. My second order went much better with the help of Vico. I was a little frustrated with the first person that I spoke with who was very rude and put me on hold for 22 minutes. She told me that I needed my order number. I told her that I didn't have it and previously the operator was able to pull the information from my phone. I never talked with her again. When I called back I was helped by Vico. He immediately found my information and was instrumental in fixing my order and getting it shipped to me in a timely matter. I am not sure that I will order from them again as it has been very frustrating. I do appreciate great customer service, which I received only from Vico, not from any other call taker. Jeff "
"Do you want to order a couch and a month later still not have it?! Then this place is for you! I ordered a couch on their website on December 15, the email stated it would be shipped that same week. I emailed through their customer service on the 23rd because I did not have the couch or any word on what was happening. I was told it would ship on the 26th and I could expect a “tracking number”then. My order was updated with a “tracking number” on the 25th and then on the 27th it disappeared. I emailed again asking about it on the 30th and was told it would ship on the 3rd. Again it was updated with a tracking number and again it disappeared a few days after it was supposed to ship. I emailed yet again and was told it would ship on the 15th, the 15th came and went so I emailed yet again and the customer service rep emailed me their policy that they will give me a “tracking number” when they get one, I sent back multiple screen shots of the ones that I had and let them know that I wanted to know why it was taking so long. They canceled my order after that. This place is garbage and has garbage customer service, when I called they were always closed. "
"I had an order placed with Lowe’s and at the last minute they canceled. I read good reviews about this site and gave them a try. Not only did the have the appliance, they could deliver it earlier with a free upgrade to White Glove delivery. Now that’s what I call service. "

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The sales manager CALVIN threatened to find me online after i told him i will be leaving a terrible review about him and this company. After i asked him if this was a threat he responded with yes i will find you and i will find your boss and stated that he was going to get me fired. Packaged arrived arrive 15 days later then the rushed 10 day shipping and arrived damaged and not working.I was constantly lied to about the date and told to just "hang on"... I now have to wait 4 days to hear back from a repair company to get our BRAND NEW RANGE fixed. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. I was laughed at and told "tough luck this is how the real world works" by the manager Calvin. He then put me on a do not talk list so i can only speak through emails and cannot reach a person direct from here on out. After speaking with the Customer service manager he informed me that was a lie. So now i sit with one damaged range and one not working and a house that was supposed to be ready over 2 weeks ago. Also these products seem like knock offs. I never seen an over a cheaply made as what they sold me."
"AppliancesConnection is a first class online vendor whom I have ordered from multiple times. I originally ordered a top-of-the-line Weber gas bar-b-q. It arrived on time, perfect condition and we've been using it for 5 years. Their website is one of the easiest to navigate and quickly find what you are looking for. They carry all the major brands and latest models. My refrigerator recently crapped out so I checked the local "Big Box" stores and then remember my great experiences with AppliancesConnection and got a price quote online which was $600 less that local. Now I normally support buying local, but hey, $600? Please and free delivery and haulaway. I asked HD and Lowes if the would price match like the advertise, but they said they wouldn't match an online company, even though they are both "online companies".
I ordered my new LG LFXS30796D French Door reefer from Daniel X2040 (a nice and very thorough guy). He gave me a great price and a shipping estimate and followed up throughout the transaction. He offered a super "no interest" financing option which was completed in minutes online. A couple weeks lated the shipping company called a day before delivery and setup a time of between 8 and 12. They arrived at 8:15 and departed at 9:10 am. They were very careful and removed my old reefer and installed my new LG French Door unit. They cleaned up and Voila, I had a top of the line LG unit with no hassles or problems.
I was missing an ordered water line so they connected my old one. They installed the filter and removed all the packing and gave me a brief tour of the unit. I called Appliances connection and spoke with VICO about the water line and he apologized and said he would send one right out via USPS. He also helped me submit the form for a rebate I didn't know I had. VICO was a very helpful guy as were all the AppliancesConnection people I have dealt with. I cannot say enough fine things about AppliancesConnection. First Class all the way! And no, they didn't pay me or compensate me in any way for this review. They're just good people!!!"
