"We ordered a fridge on Dec. 13, 2020. The AM trucking company tried to deliver it to us Dec. 28th with out any prior notice. We requested redelivery through Appliances Connection and directly through AM trucking. After days of waiting on hold and calling AM Trucking & Appliances Connection multiple times, they finally gave us a reschedule date for January 13th (keep in mind the fridge was sitting in the delivery terminal only an hour away for these 2 weeks). When the fridge finally arrived it was damaged. Dented door handle, and the front window panel button didn't work or latch. We were not going to accept it in that condition. We called the next morning to see about getting a replacement and we were told there were none in stock. So then they said they would get the damaged fridge redelivered to us and will order the necessary replacement parts. We heard nothing from Appliances Connection, so again, WE had to be the ones to get the fridge back on the AM trucking's route schedule for January 19th. And of course, they never showed up! They messed up AGAIN. Then we see on the website there are 6 of these in stock. I finally get ahold of a manager (NY location) to see about ordering a new one and he says they have all been spoken for from people that ordered them in December. HELLO? So did we! He basically didn't offer any help other than saying he'd get the replacement parts ordered which by this time I did not believe was going to happen. They couldn't even get me the damaged fridge redelivered to us in a timely matter so we could at least have a fridge while waiting for parts, which we have been with out for 4 weeks. We ended up canceling/getting a refund which we should have done from the start. Of course that is the easy way out for this company and I asked for some form of compensation for making us deal with this crap for 4 weeks and still end up with no fridge and the manager HUNG UP on me not to mention didn't say sorry for this mess once. This company messed up multiple times and wont take responsibility for it and completely disrespects their customers. What a joke. "

"We had a very long protracted experience waiting to get our washer dryer (ordered September 15th, received Dec 31st, one washer delivered that was all scratched up and rejected and then an order change!) We were so thankful to speak with Brisilda customer services, who gave us her extension number, followed up and made sure we were taken care of in a timely fashion. Honestly I've never had such good customer care from a company. Clear, friendly, articulate and got the job done quickly. Customer care is the most important. We love our washer/dryer but the drawn out time to get them was very stressful but luckily Brisilda solved all the problems and got us the delivery less than a week after we spoke with her."

"I ordered a Samsung range, waited for the delivery. Removed my old range according to the company’s guidelines. When my range finally arrived the top was caved in. It was not repairable. I just couldn’t believe it! After waiting 10 -14 days and it is damaged! Now the worst part, I refused to accept it. Called the company absolutely no help what so ever. So next I called the credit card company and requested to dispute the charge. The credit card company gave me the credit. I have never heard back from Appliance Connection! No communication at all!! Save yourself a lot of trouble go else where. I went to Samsungs website and ordered my range. I wish you could give a ZERO!! "
"I order a microwave on October 13, 2020 along with a range and
refrigerator. My credit card was charged at that time. There was a $50
rebate on the microwave. My order was held while you waited get the
refrigerator. I complained that I needed the range and microwave. I
was told that they would ship at that time. I received the
refrigerator earlier this week but only late today received the
microwave. The rebate ended today and my microwave arrived too late to
get the rebate postmarked today. Please issue a $50 credit back to my
credit card since this was totally a problem due to you holding my
order to save shipping costs. "
