"Great Customer Service: I ordered a range hood that showed "in stock" online, but once the purchase went through the hood was not in stock. I called customer service to find out what was going and they checked their inventory and discovered the hood was indeed not in stock. However they checked with the manufacturer and discovered they did have the hood in their stock and got them to ship the hood to me directly. I phoned Appliances Connection and Tish gave me professional, friendly, knowledgeable help to select an LG. I had ordered the wrong refrigerator a few days prior and Tish was able efficiently order and ship my LG while getting me a full refund on the other refrigerator. She gave me her direct messaging line so she could personally handle the changes and shipping from AC. "With the pandemic going on, furniture stores are limited in their selections, but I found a sofa at a local retailer I thought would work for my home. Found that I was able to purchase the same sofa through Appliances Connection at a much cheaper cost, so I ordered it. With delivery times being extended due to covid, it is taking longer to receive the sofa. In the meantime, I found another sofa at Appliances Connection that was actually more to my liking, so I called the Customer Service line and was able to get the representative to switch my order, with the same expected delivery date.
