I was a little hesitant to make such a large purchase (refrigerator, wall oven and dishwasher) from an out of state company that I never heard of but could not resist the savings. The entire experience was great but you really don’t know what kind of company you are dealing with until you have a problem. The dishwasher had a dent in it that wasn’t discovered until it was unpacked. I called Appliances Connection (they actually answer the phone) and spoke to Celia. She understood the issue and with no argument started the ball rolling for an exchange. In the meantime, my installer managed to push the dent out. Not perfect but acceptable since the remaining blemish was in a rear corner and would not be visible once the dishwasher was installed. I contacted Celia, explained what the installer had accomplished, and suggested that rather than exchange the dishwasher perhaps an allowance would work better for me and Appliances Connection. Well, she worked it out and I was able to complete the install of the dishwasher without having to wait for a new one. What a great company to deal with. Great value, great service.
