" Over the past year I have purchased four new appliances. All of my experience in dealing with them from the sales to customer service has been top notch. Twice, when I was a little confused on filing for a rebate that I was due, and I called for advice, they were so helpful. They actually had all the information needed except for the serial number of the item. Rather than just try and talk me through the home filing, they ask me for the serial number and asked me to hold briefly. When they return to the phone they told me they had completed the form for me and had sent me an email so I had nothing else to do. WOW, how great is that!"
"Easy web navigation and great pricing"
"Appliances Connection has a great selection of products with good prices. Over the past several years, I have purchased several parts plus a new range and refrigerator from these folks and have been well pleased with everything. Their processing is quick and the the products have been delivered in a timely manner as scheduled. In addition, the support personnel are very courteous and and helpful. I highly recommend Appliances Connection to anyone in the market for appliances or appliance parts. "
"Jimmy was very helpful. Too bad you’re so far away "
"I just ordered a microwave and they offered fast shipping. So far, so good. "
"The refrigerator ran long enough for the delivery guys to leave then quit. White glove, not so much, guys left the trash from the unpacking all over my driveway. After a week and two service calls, two new circuit boards latter its working. Stuff happens! having been a small business owner for over 40yrs. I have had my share. Customer service is all about how you handle it, Vico from Appliances Connection saved the day talking and acting like a pro., he took over the case after Richard Andellini office manager, showed what an **** he could be. I now have a rebuilt ref. but at least Vico got me credit for the dent and white glove. Thanks Vico!
I'll take up the ref. deal with Whirlpool,."
"At first we were apprehensive about shopping online, and purchasing from a business in NY, several states away from our home in FL, but AppliancesConnection had the refrigerator we wanted (Whirlpool Black French Door Refrigerator WRF535SWHB) and one of the best prices available online. The cost for the CPS 5-year extended warranty was $179, less than most other vendors were charging, had better coverage & terms, and after researching CPS we discovered they were used by large retailers Like Amazon, Sam's Club, etc., which gave some peace of mind and a feeling of security in the event that it ever had to be used. Fast 2-day shipping was free, which was amazing considering the distance. Unfortunately our particular model was not in stock, although it was in transit to their warehouse. We considered all the options from the competing vendors (local & online), prayed about it, and finally decided to make the purchase from AppliancesConnection.
Very early on Monday morning, 7/29/19 we placed the order and were given an expected delivery date of 8/25/19 (4 weeks later), but one week later on Monday 8/5/19 we received a notice by email the refrigerator would be delivered the following day (Tuesday 8/6/19) between 10:30am-1:30pm. The delivery was handled by AM Trucking out of Brooklyn, NY, and actually showed-up at 9:30am (without prior notice or warning), but we were happy to see them, welcomed them, and accommodated their unexpected early arrival. The 2 delivery men unloaded the refrigerator from their tractor-trailer with it's lift-gate, rolled it to the house, removed the shipping carton, and then carried it into the house with a special strap running underneath the refrigerator which was attached to a sling on each guy's back.
Once inside they installed the door on the bottom freezer drawer, and allowed us to inspect the entire refrigerator before signing for its acceptance (electronic signature on their device.) They offered to help transfer the food from the old refrigerator to the new one, pull the old refrigerator out of the way and put the new refrigerator in place, but we declined. We had observed the new refrigerator on it's side while the shipping carton & wooden frame on the bottom were removed, and wanted to let the refrigerator stand upright undisturbed for a couple of hours to ensure the compressor oil had drained back to the bottom to prevent damage to the compressor pump unit upon startup.
When the delivery men left they left the packaging/shipping material behind in our driveway. That was a little unexpected but not a big deal to clean up and dispose of. A few hours later before swapping the food from the old refrigerator to the new one we discovered a small dent at the bottom of the right French door, and the metal panel at the bottom on the back was dented-in considerably (the cover to the compressor, fan, coils, and electrical connections. Since those weren't detected before we signed for the acceptance we let it go. I removed and straightened the back panel and checked for damage inside, but there was none.
We moved the new refrigerator into place to ensure it would fit properly, connected the power cord, and observed the freezer and refrigerator temps were both factory-set at 4. The poly water line on the back for the water/ice had a special fitting already installed on it to connect to the existing house line (1/4" OD) brass tubing, using the existing brass nut & ferrule (compression sleeve), which was quite convenient. BEFORE connecting the refrigerator to the house I got a 2-gallon container and ran some water out of the house's brass tubing first to ensure it was clean. I'm glad we did because there was some gray cloudy stuff that came out first and then seconds later it was clear. I ran it for a couple minutes to flush out anything else and then connected it to the new refrigerator.
Before turning the water valve on I removed the shipping cap and installed the new water filter that was included. After turning the valve back on we checked for leaks, and ensured everything was water-tight. We threw away the first 4-5 batches of ice as recommended by the manufacturer. You could definitely see some discoloration in the first batch.
We placed refrigerator thermometers in the refrigerator and freezer sections to monitor the temperatures during startup and for the next few days. It does take a long time for the temps to stabilize, even with minimal access in order to allow faster cooling & stabilization.
One of the 2 overhead light bulbs burned-out on the second day (probably from the shock of the trip.) It was a PITA to remove the cover and change it, but the cost was less than $5 at Home Depot or Lowes.
We continued to receive delivery notices for 2 days after the delivery was completed which was a little odd. A notice 2 days before would have been better, and an accurate delivery time would have been great, but from other reviews we knew that anything could happen, so we were prepared.
After 2-3 days, when “all the smoke had settled and the dust had cleared”, the temps had stabilized, and everything was organized properly in the refrigerator and the freezer, my wife made the comment, “I LOVE my new refrigerator!” It’s bigger, has more room & better functionality, it’s beautiful, we got it and the 5 year extended warranty & shipping for a great price, and it just works! That’s the bottom line, right?"
"Hard to find model made easily available by Appliance Connection with a great price!"

"customer service very helpful and courtious "
"I have used Appliances Connection many times over the years and have always had a good experience."
"Appliances Connection refuses to honor their return policy. A return was requested within 30 days immediately upon finding an internal defect. Even the repair technician Appliances Connection sent out told us there is no way we could have caused the internal defect. But Appliances Connection demands I pay half the price of the replacement because the internal defect was not noted at time of delivery. Apparently Appliances Connection holds you responsible for expert inspection at time of delivery. "
"Thank you so much for ALL the help. Will recommend to friends. Great customer service!!!"
